Shafted but scoffed a 925 "O"
Why in the halibut would thieves take a shaft from my luggage? had to replace the shaft not once but twice.....in the end cost me $75 to get the one I had purchased off, another stop to get the tube and yet another to get the hole drilled so it slips on the sieve. Lord love a duck was wondering around Burnside Industrial Park for two and a half hours to get the piece made. Sad to say that I should have spent my earlier days learning to do handy man things rather then on the ice rink and ball field. Did develop an allergy to power tools at a young age which is documented by a scar on my leg.

Notwithstanding I was delighted but the new shaft is a tad on the heavy side fur dis ole bouy. Off course it will last longer than I! Once the new part was safely in Nogo's trunk I headed to the water and gave Aqua Gura a vigorous work out...half in did this digajo;ic!

Well got a few coins the kerplunk a 925 "O" that is as black as tar. Will have to soak that for a long time to make it shine. Use the glass pie plate lined with tin foil adding baking soda and vinegar method. Works well but this may take a few times to get the shine. After the lake hit the salt water with limited success. Chest waders developed a leak in the left leg so I did what anyone would do like the Yank Marines...adopt, improvise and over come...Glad to the rescue in the leaking area. By product of this method is that the chest waders slide on.......oh so smooth!
"I can see. I can see." That is what I thought after finding the glasses. Don't work fur dis blind bat. Onward to the land adding to the days total with a junker, derelict hot wheels (needs a major over haul) and a few keys. Zen Guru was in the zone and even though nothing too exciting...I GOT OUT!
