shiny Kennedy halves

I got a roll of Kennedys today that had a bunch clad coins that are very shiny. Kennedy isn't frosted in appearance and the whole thing is uniformly shiny. What are these? Proofs? Buffed? Etc?

Could be proofs, cleaned/buffed, and/or plated. All clad proofs will have an "S" mintmark.
 
Hmm. None of these have the s mint mark.
 
You bet. I need to figure out how to post pics first. Lol. I'm thinking these were Buffed. They look great! Lol
 
I think they are probably Just uncirculated. Pics will help.

Why would anyone do that? Is not like these are rare coins or anything?
