Shiny Nickel

I found this very shiny 1959 nickel in a roll.
I put it in a holder to keep it shiny..
At first I thought it was a newer nickel.
The picture does not do it justice..

nice nickel, I got a 1939 nickel earlier this month in that condition, check to see how many steps the back monticello has.

That nickel hasn't seen the light of day much in over 50 years. Nice condition!

nice coin - Even better if it's a P coin. the P's have a much lower mintage:

1959 Mintage: 28,397,291
1959-D Mintage: 160,738,240

I found a 1958P earlier today - Mintage: 17,963,652 - but not nearly as nice as yours.
