Short hunt at lunch

I think suspender related or belt/ watch band . I'm still getting stuff from this hard hit area. 35 min hunt. I'm ready for a new place next week with my friend.

Looks like a military-style belt buckle, for a web belt. Not a gear belt; the kind that just keeps your pants up.

I can't see any lettering , it looks small and thin for a man's belt but I don't know I'm usually wrong about a lot of stuff since I'm still learning even after 3 yrs. It does look similar to certain rifle web slings from early to mid 1900s
