Short re-hunt at the church yields another merc, new nickles, and a 24 wheat

[SMS88]

After my 51 hour week at the kitchen, I've got 2 days off for some serious detecting. I decided to get a little jump on that this evening with a small search of the church that i found some old coins and a buckle last week. I'm trying to concentrate on the deeper signals and had some great results. The 45 merc and pennies were 6-7." The nickles were 2.5" but i dug them anyway. I removed some dirt and the 1924 wheat does not appear to have a D. The other wheat is a 46. Found some deeper trash too. I'm going to find another church tomorrow, since there's a bunch in Riverhead. I'll try to keep those good finds coming as I wait to return upstate and start finding indians and barbers 1" deep at my spot on the hudson! Here's the pics! Did I mention I'd like to find a hunting partner around long island too?
