Show your macro photography setup, please...

I'm an extreme noob when it comes to photographing my finds.
I watched a youboob video and now have this setup.
I need a really good macro lens, but this one works pretty well with my D7200.

I've seen some very good treasure pics on this site and am curious how people get those nice shots.
