They have rescinded the law, we can detect on Mass. DCR beaches. It still has to be approved by a board of some kind so we will be watching, closely.

I am having the Same problem with the Cleveland Metro parks system! I am an Army Veteran & it stops here & now with me. They have taken over every park in the area & only "Allow" DETECTING AT THEIR WHIM. This is Insanity! They will take over a formerly County park soon & I will not be allowed to detect!!?? You guys might read my fight in the news, I will not give way! Not again, never again.
