I had only a hour to hunt and was searching a rough old stone foundation area for some coins and relics but came up empty handed. On the way out i got a flawless silver quarter signal around 3"-4" and out popped a 1960 silver quarter. Checked the hole again before I filled it in and another perfect quarter signal and out popped anther 1960 silver quarter. Wish there was more in the hole but just the two of them. It's always good to double check your hole and also keep hunting on your way back to the car because you just never know. Thanks for looking! [emoji2]

Thanks. I'm excited that I get back to some of my great old spots starting tomorrow. I travel around for work this time of year and usually have to wait for a couple of hours near a colonial era huge property so I bring the detector along. Last year I got large coppers, relics, buckles, thimbles, round balls, etc.
My favorite find last year from the spot was my silver knee buckle...

Most spills I find are a bunch of semi modern penny's.y best spill was 27 Newfoundland silver five cent pieces in one hole. That was a fun dig! [emoji2]
