Silver halves

Hi all I'm sorta new to the forum. Nice to meet everyone. I do some crh mainly halves some dimes. I've just started really been through about 6 boxes of halves all skunks. Opened about 200 dollars worth of dimes got a 44 merc from a cwr. Was at the flea market today guy had 8 90% and 4 40% for sale for 85$ dollars sounded like fair price am I right?

i wouldn't pay more than $75 for the silver coins as melt value is only $83.

only because dealers around me pay roughly 90% of the silver coin's value.

I would have paid it with premiums on silver lately. A "fair" buy, definitely no steal though.
