Went back to the park for a few hours this morning. I had a mini hangover so I decided to dig on high disc. Wound up with a Class of 1983 Egbert Intermediate School sterling ring. It's marked Reed & Co. NYC Sterling. No initials on it. Also a deep 1954 rosie, seven wheaties with the two oldest being 1937 and 1939, 6 quarters, 18 dimes, and 48 memorial pennies. Also a bent tag stamped with 35 on it. It was good to see more some silver showing up after a couple of visits without getting any. I'll most likely be back there in the morning digging with low disc to hopefully find the first gold from Silver park.

The skull is a crushed kid's ring or what's left of it.

Gorgeous ring Mike, congrats. Looks like there still might be something there, good luck in the morning.

Mike, nice finds bro............that ring looks like a heavyweight. Those wheats would keep me digging there. Good work and............luck on finding the 1st gold!

Nice ring, congrats! If still looking for my first class ring.

PICCman, the Doritos guitar pick was a eyeball find in the woodchips. I also will occasionally find them on the ground walking to my service calls in New York City. Lots of nice eyeball finds over the years. I recently sold some of the single gold earrings for scrap I accumulated and pocketed $168. Not too shabby for just bending over and picking them up.
