Does any recognize these hallmarks? It is on a coin silver spoon. The mark on the left looks like "?. Loom". ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1446642674.259724.jpg

American Coin Silver.

Pseudo Hallmarks.

Manufactured in Upstate NY.

Purchased in bulk by Silversmiths and Jewelers, and remarked when sold. Probably 1845-1855

The distributor's mark (although lightly struck) most likely belonged to Guy Loomis who worked in Erie Pa. at the time the spoon was struck.

If it was found in NC... then it may be a Civil War drop.

Dang you guys are good. I actually bought these in the state sale with another spoon from New York silversmith around 1813 so that fits. Thank you
