Try a couple of the other forums, "coins" and the "what is it forum" you might get a response from someone with knowledge of old coins like that. This forum has a very fast turn around where it might get buried under all the threads in a few hours. Look in the redbook?

It is a Roman silver denar from Faustina II (147-176 AD). It reads : FAVSTINA AVGVSTINA and on the obverse : IVNONI REGINAE
