So it's been exactly 3 weeks since I found my last ring. Thought this morning might be the one when I find another ring.
Was out detecting at 5:47 AM at my local beach. The Beach Rake Machine beat me to it...but the air was so good and such a nice sunless morning I didn't care.
I scoured the area I skipped yesterday evening and at least came up with ... SILVER! A nice little Silver Heart. And a nice little Navy Plane.
Patience and Persistence will get me my Ring.

PS: Pidgie 2 (age just under 5 weeks old) found a good home yesterday with another orphan pigeon named Percy. Photo 3 is Pidgie sleeping on my knee, Photo 4 (I swear I did NOT set it up!) is Pidgie looking at my Treasure Hunting Book.
