Since when do Coin Shops not sell Silver War Nickel Culls?

I contacted my local coin shop yesterday, asking if they sold war nickels and at what price. I've sold them large amounts before when silver was up, but they dont resell them? they sell 40% halves at 9 times face but I don't understand why they wont sell silver war nickels. I am looking for a very cheap silver coin, that I can buy a large quanity for. I know I can do silver dimes, but Im looking for something under $2. Any place besides Feebay to by war nickels?

Some are holding back since they paid more than they're worth trying to compete with each other. I bet they have them in stock when silver rebounds so they can see a profit.
