Notable finds from my past few hunts. Lots of flat buttons not pictured including the interesting one at the top center of picture. First one like that. Also most of a bit boss as well as a complete saddle strap guide and a spindle whorl? D buckle with some fancy around the edge and any ideas on the unusual shaped item at top of pic. Ive found a few on colonial sites but cant remember what they are. Six toasty coppers. One is braided hair LC, one is a KG II and another is a KG II Hibernia. Other three too far gone

Its too bad the soils are so unkind when it comes to Coppers.
Still looks like you dug a good amount of finds congrats

Thanks. Ive only ever hunted one good site that had sandy soil and even being a farm field with the fertilizers and all, it still produced some remarkable condition coins. Unfortunately it was only a late 19th century site but the indians and such looked great.
