✅ SOLVED Small condiment bowl?

Found this today. Is this a small condiment bowl or something else. Seems to have four legs. The bowl is bent out of shape. The metal is nonmetallic.

It looks more like a fuel sediment bowl to me ? screws on then bail wire lock it into place .

I was wrong again , it's a model T radiator cap Cajundetector got it right

I've dug a few of those over the years and they give off a really great signal. All mine have been hit by a plow though.
