Just a reminder. All those that filed small miner waivers have until this Thursday the 30th of December to record your affidavit of labor (or notice of intent to hold) and then file a copy of the recording with your State BLM office.
There are no exceptions or do overs with this requirement. Failure to record and file and your claim will be closed. Record and file by Thursday and you claim will be good to go until August 31, 2022.
