So I find this ring with the wife's At gold. I have a pro. So she thinks no other rig would have found it. Haha. Any way had my buddy a jeweler check it out, 6k -8k appraisal value . I wanted to trade it for a boat or jeep, buuuuuuut I let her keep it.

Thanks guys to be honest I don't know what it would sell for I usually shoot for old coins bottles and relics. This was just one of those dumb luck finds while the little one was playing at the playground

Yeah, I know. A lot of these estate jewelers supposedly about half. But I don't know. Might be another question for his buddy. I'm sure that's what it's worth. It would be good to shop around for buyers, that's for sure.

No that is definitely not a pink diamond I think tourmaline or sapphire my buddy check it out and Jeweling is just a hobby, said I still need to have it done 100% professional even if it is not much the value is in the find. It's the wife's now no matter what.

Nor kal, it used to be the same with us. Then she saw some stuff she likes and realized that you always find crap first , then the goodies later. After her own first find, she was hooked bro. Hope it goes the same for you .

Congrats! I'm still trying to find my first gold ring... So how does your wife like the AT Gold? I have one and i am still trying to learn it. Took it to Orogrande and i still can't find any coins with it there. That place use to be very good to me and my buddy, found a lot with my old Delta and even my defective T2 but now i cant find any liberty nickels. We use to find one or two each visit and on my best day up to 8, but ever since I bought the AT gold i cant find anymore. Who knows maybe we cleaned it out. The only old coins i found with it was in chance city. I found a Chinese coin which dates to 1736 and a 1908 barb dime. No giving up on it yet lol.

In disc1 halves are around 90, quarters are around 85 to 87, dimes 81, older pennies 80 to 82, newer pennies (zincolns) 75 to 76. With the sensitivity down 3 from full.Hope this helps you.
