I posted this thread the other day but it wouldnt let me post pics .. I need help identifying the model of this smith & Wesson revolver.. any help would be appreciated..thanks

It’s an early one, post civil war model 1 or 2 but I’m no expert...someone will nail it. If the serial number was a little clearer or you can post it that will help.

I tried looking the serial number up but says not found ...I don’t understand
