....After a fine meal with friends and family , I mosey around the attached casino. I witnessed a disproportionate amount of smokers. The question must be posed......do smokers swarm to casinos as "birds of a feather" or are smokers more apt to be gamblers ?

Yes , yes , all non-smokers become smokers through second hand smoke....not trying to be politically correct here.

Maybe they're just addicted to pissing their money away?:dontknow:

PS: I just quit smoking three months ago, so I can't really be TOO judgemental. Never understood gamblig, though. :laughing7:

according to the enviro-MENTAL'ists , Second hand smoke is more Dangerous then Smoking ,
So maybe in order to handle the Casinos, live longer and be safer, they start smoking too :laughing7:

....And let me tell 'ya , Jeff....it's a rich man's game now that California instilled a $2/pack tax ..... DON'T get me started on accountability.

At the other side of downtown Las Vegas,on Main st,at the Indian smoke store, you can purchase a Carton of flavored cigarette sized cigars, vanillo, cherry etc., made by Signal, for $11.19 cents/no tax.Their is a Cigar store next door with good deals also/and free cigar boxes.Other company brands also sell the cigar cartons for a dollar or 2 more.
Plenty of smokers here in Vegas, yopung and old.

In Ontario it's against the law to smoke indoors in any building or office including casinos and bingo halls, just outside, your home, your car. Standard is 12-30ft from the entrance to many public buildings, like hospitals.
Good law-bad smokers :tongue3:

I remember when I was a kid and the bus drivers would be chain smoking and yelling at us at the same time. It was so different back then, and the buses had ash trays!

Well here is a bit of insight. One vice follows the other and chances are if you partake in one you most likely do another. When Canada went smokeless years back they lost 60% of their business. Casinos that are smoker friendly see better revenue overall even if they do restrict where you can.
