Hello!
Not sure if this is a stone tool or just a well worn rock. I picked it up along a creek bed near my home (western Ohio). Approximately 3-inches tall. The edges seem worked.
Any insight?

My SWAG says no, natural. Keep pickin' 'em up though!

Thank you. I didn’t really know, but I wasn’t chancing leaving it behind. When it’s chert/flint it is more obvious. 😊😊

Sorry, natural erosion from the creek. Keep looking, they camped near water sources.
