the old man hasnt come in for 4 months who they used to hold for, so they offered them all to me...
57 in ikes
70 in halves

i did not expect nothing as this teller knows what silver is... i figured i would just be nice and do them the favor of dumping the coins elsewhere...

as she counted the ikes i saw a silver tone...

1973 S ike silver right?
what are silver ikes? only S mints?

halves were a skunk which i expected...

Your 71s might be silver. You should weigh it to be sure, it should be closer to 24 or 25 grams, where the clad would be around 22 or 23 grams. Further all 71 and 72s's are silver, along with the heavy(proof) 73 and 74s's, and the 76s proofs.

it has the silver tone... but i dont really hear a silver ping though? a little but i feel it isnt so loud...
