Would this be where the government supplied us with our daily finds?? Wouldn't do much for the exercise angle to our endeavor.

The government is we the people so the finds would come from folks that worked hard to get them and then would have to split them up with the folks that just think about going out to search. The government, we the people, can't just say a magic word and stuff appears for free.
