Back to mill site got into a patch that was clear and had never done. Lots of signals, must go back multiple times. My time ran out for lunch. Got a 1964 Kennedy . I got some buttons and some unknown items

That’s kind of a rare find. The 64s only circulated a year before they disappeared from circulation. I bought a bag of 64s for a silver bullion purchase. Many of them looked uncirculated and a few were nice enough they’d grade.

At first glance with sweat in my eyes and no glasses I thought it was a barber half . I get greedy and set my bar to high lol . I'm still happy the area is producing after a few years . It's hard to get into sections of it without getting tangled in vines and low trees

No such a thing as setting it too high.😁

Just the past year I was digging pre1850 copper coinage. Then I got a quarter, the bar was so high! This has happened 3 times now. Till the dirt dropped off, and they were 100+ years NEWER.
But that bar kind of hurts when the date drops it.
