The coins are only silver or alloy only the ring is a gold intaglio

It is true.We have nearly 200 years of roman presence here in Romania and you can find something with a little luck...Unfortunately, many areas are already preserved but there are still places where you can search...
Thanks for new pics with roman ring.It's a fantastic experience to detect such an object...After my experience in finding something I studied a little about who was entitled to wear rings in the Roman Empire.Not everyone can wear gold rings seal.There were laws that gave special permission to wear this ring (anulli gemmati)...Such as for example : ius aureorum anullorum or ius anulli aurei
