Some kind of commemorative coin from Panama

Dug this coin up of all places in a little town of Sheboygan , Wisconsin yesterday.. Have no idea if it is worth anything.. Maybe someone else found one like this.. Any help would be appreciative.

the under words translates into -- I want to see you grow * (expand) as in---we the people of panama -- want to see you grow into even bigger & better childrens hospital

its 1/4 th OF BALBOA -- ROUGHLY EQUAL TO A 25 cent coin

during US control of the canal zone -- 1 balboa = 1 US dollar
