Both sides are the same, correct?
It is a bangle off of a vintage belt from the 1960's, maybe 70's. That's why they are always holed. Not a gas station token, or really a token at all really, which was my first thought. I get a kick out of how many of these are being called Washington funeral tokens on eBay.
