Some oldies, but goodies at low tide; she's walkin', she's silver, and she's a beauty

Hi again,

This post is a combo of two hunts at a rare "cut" at one of my favorite beaches.

Not a severe cut, but enough to get down a bit deeper than usual.

First day hunt was 3 hrs. ; second day hunt was 2 hrs.

Hadn't found a "walker" since many moons, so was pleased to dig this one up ( 1940); deep in wet sand.

I think I'll go back for Day 3 tomorrow 8-)

Yes, when I get some time to do so; I'd love to see how many details are still visible

I can see most of them except the "IN GOD" above "WE TRUST"...looks maybe to be excoriated so a clean up will solve the issue.

I don't know why it is I never find a 50 cent piece I've only ever found one it was from the early 1800's never another one since
