2 junk rings, a heart pendant, a half heart love pendant, a bracelet bauble. Another tool head, a bunch of square nails, a spoon bowl, a broken knife blade, a cool wooden handled knife, a wierd long wire that splits into a Y, a chunk of iron with some scroll work(maybe part of a portable stove) and one big nail spike that was an inch or so down on a field used for softball, soccer and football. What kind of site were you hunting? Farm house, field or an old property in town?

Everything in the first picture except the big nail/spike, tool head and glasses came from Wheelock Park which has been in use since the 1830's as a fairgrounds, a mustering site for the Civil War and a city park since 1889 and has been hunted by everyone and their mother since MD's were invented. The tool head and glasses came from a little grassy area next to that Stone Arch Bridge where I did my first water hunt and found the statue pieces was built in 1840. The big nail/spike came from the field of an elementary school that has been around since 1936.

Nice variety,,, that spike may have been used to anchor tents or even a base. (as in Baseball) I have uncovered a few of them that were brass.

Good luck Q4. Keep after it, and I am certain that something shiny will appear soon.
