Printing on front:
Top piece....AWARDED FOR HIGHEST AVERAGE
Bell part.....SELZ LIBERTY BELL MEDAL 1776 AWARDED FOR PROFICIENCY IN SCHOLARSHIP AND DEPORTMENT BY SELZ CHICAGO
Printing on back...DONATED BY SELZ CHICAGO
Cant really tell what it is made out of bt it is kida heavy. looks like it was something that was worn, top part on back had something attached to it
Any Thoughts?
