Some Virginia Digs

I don't get out here to post very much but here's some Va stuff. First post is a Confederate spur found a couple weeks ago, then a breastplate found earlier this year, a Union drummer boy's plate found in the spring and some artillery shells a buddy and I found a few years back. Everything but the drummmer plate was found in Loudoun County.

All Body Parts intact....

I only found 4 of those shells, my buddy found the rest. That was temporary resting place for the pic. My are all disarmed....believe he disarmed all of his also. As I'm sure you well know, those are all paper fused, black powder inside tends to be a bit soggy - even so, still nothing I particularly want to mess with.
