Individual BU 2018 D's are selling for .50+ each. If the buyer sells them all, he/she's made a nice profit!

In theory, yes. If I had enough neighbors willing to pay that on Craigslist, I could too. But with the eBay/Paypal fee structure, selling in small quantities isn't cost-effective. It's not good for the buyer or the seller.
