That's an amazing point! I'm sure glad you got that out of the river when you did. Someone could have stepped on it and gotten hurt! We need to keep our waterways clean and safe.

darn!...6 inches...you could eat dinner off that thing... don't recommend it, but definitely big enough to...I see why that is your best find!

Tanic acid in water stains over time. Beautiful shades of red, rust, orange to black. Seen things like bottles that are not very old turned back.

I got a few pieces from down that way with that fine patina on them.
