Been watching silver closely the past couple of weeks.

The last 4 or 5 days and over the weekend and overnight markets. Silver has been making swings of more than 1.50 every hour and 7 minutes last night. It looks like a heartbeat monitor. What could make the maket spike up and down so quickly like this?? Someone is making alot of money on paper silver is all i can figure.
