He is on FB now. Lots of the experienced guys have opened their own forums on invitations only. Tom the shell man has his own forum and the reaper is on it as I was to FB just wasn’t for me so I left.

When FB was a new "thing" my wife thought I should have a page. The next day, two old classmates (female) pinged in. It did not make it a third day.

I had never been on FB until last year. I saw a lot of people that I knew. But I didn’t care for the super mall concept of it all so I left. I’m hoping to see forums like this one bounce back and come back as strong as it used to be.

The first pic was my grandfather's find near Tombstone a long time ago. The rest are Great Basin Crescents I have found over the years. The purpose of which is hotly debated but spokeshave is one of the possibilities.

I never signed up. I see it as a way for people to snipe at each other. I don’t need it and can’t miss what I never had. I know others who spend their lives on FB. I’ll spend mine in my timber. To each their own.
