spokeshaves?

would these be considered spokeshaves? if so what were they used for , i have my ideas but i would like to get your opinions. thanks[attach3]

the last image has a real nice example of a spokeshave
they were used for stripping the bark from the wood when making arrow shafts and the like
also removing rough spots and then following up with a shaft abrader
the first two look like they were used like that also but the 3rd one is the one i like the best

All three have spokeshaves or shaftscrapers, the first two appear to be multipurpose with knife edges on the opposite edge...three nice tools.
