Spray-on Coil Cover

This post is older than most of the machines I use.
It was explained to me a long time ago, that a coil cover is like an insurance policy on your coil. It costs $10 to $15 for a cover while a new coil can cost Hundreds $$. I have removed the coil cover on my Excalibur and was quite surprised at how much sand was inside of it. I have been told that the removal of the coil cover on the XP DEUS will void your warranty.
I don't hunt without a coil cover.

I've taken them off only to clean them after a hard days use. Never left them off for good. I've had extra coils before but I've always been real iffy on wanting max performance and I know one coil may be as good as the next but in my mind I try to believe the factory matched my coil to my machine for optimum performance
