Spurred graver duck head

I should start by saying the area of florida I am in has no natural chert deposits the fact that the a piece is on a site pretty much makes it an artifact since it had to be brought there. I found this piece recently ady village site. I believe it to be a spurred graver I can't help but think the owner saw the duck silhouette.. thought I would post it simply because it was odd
