St. Martin

For years I've been going to St. Martin for January and February. Love the beaches and easy island life. Doesn't look good for 2018 after hurricane Irma. Anyone have experience with other warm spots. Would like to rent a small efficiency or cottage very close if not on a beach without breaking the bank.

There may not yet be anything to rent in January! The island was destroyed by Irma.

Aruba is not a bad place. Hawaii would be a more expensive 2nd choice.

I heard Panama and Costa Rica were nice and not expensive. Anybody ever hunted there?
