St. Paddy's day big silver

Howdy all,
Had a great hunt again today. Met up with Detectorfreak again today and hit a spot I found yesterday. When I was checkin out the spot yesterday I pulled part of a Hop Along Cassidy buckle, some rifle rounds, and a Chinese 10 cash coin minted between 1902 and 1906. I knew this spot had to have some silver. Most of the finds were dating from the 40's, and today was no exception. Managed a great 1942 half dollar, and 3 wheats with the oldest being 1940. Along with the normal clad and trash I also managed a pocket spill of $1.40 in dimes nickels, and quarters. The raccoon was chillin on the side of the road and didn't run when I stopped the car. I threw him a stick of gum which he snatched up real quick. Deceiving little buggers. I am sure he would have much rather had one of my fingers to eat. Thanks for lookin, and luck in the hunt.

However very happy you did not kill the raccoon and tie it on the coil of your metal Detector in a display of human power. I am a little worried about people getting to close to raccoons now. Keep in mind raccoons can be very cute but they are very nasty little critters. They will mess you up in a heartbeat if you get to close. I have seen them take down big dogs before too. So its best to just ignore them and stay clear.

Keep @ it and safe HH!!

I'm well aware how mean they can be. You notice I said I threw him the gum. I value my digits and in no way want another trip to the crazy lady who stitched me up last time. Not to mention I took the pic from my car with the window down.
