Dug 3 of these with xlt and 1 with Excalibur in 1st 2 years i metal detected. That was over 14 years ago. It's about time i found another!I love these quarters.1929 standing liberty quarter,1944 merc dime,1944p war nickel, oldest wheat cents were 1913,and 1917.The postal carrier button is post 1893 as it has full P.O.B letters.Based on info i read.No idea what big band thing is.Maybe a wrist watch for king kong.Rather large. And ball on top kinda kills watch idea. One of my better days.9 hours in the woods.

Three great finds in a single day. Now that is a successful hunt. Way to go!

Totally cool finds! :headbang: Would love to dig a standing liberty, but so far most old silver coins elude me, lol.:tongue3: I'm very curious about the King Kong bracelet thing, so please update if you find out what it is! Maybe something additional was originally attached to that small ball in the center? :dontknow: Have fun! Andi :cat:

Great stuff there, think the bracelet was an Initialed bracelet , I recall as a kid when it was the rage to have a cheap bracelet that was usually engraved for a small fee with your initials or your first name.

sweet finds!!

Turns out it is a vintage dog collar.
