This site keeps giving me the goods! I keep hoping my luck wont run out. I found a pair of Indian Head 1901 pennies in the same hole. A liberty head nickel 1895, Five wheats in bad condition, a Standing Liberty Quarter 1926, A Pin with flowers on it, a lead indian and a headless metal soldier, and a few foreign coins ( the one I posted has Republic of China, on one side). Hunting this site has helped me get used to my new Sov GT. HH!!

Nice finds. Could you tantalize us with some details of the site you are searching and what your strategy has been?

Ive been very careful to cover the area walking back and forth and overlapping my swings. Its a slow way to hunt but its been very helpful in showing me how to make the most of an area. Most of the coins have been found fairly close to the house, but the toys are out in the yard. The area Im searching is an older house with an extra lot. I think the lot must have once had another house on it.

 way to go dude!
what is your secret? do you have a lucky charm?

Great finds! Whenever I see your name up there lately, I think, "This is going to be interesting."

Korban,
You've been posting some great finds. That's a very good spot you're hunting. My kind of place.
Congrats on these recent old coins and relics. My fave is that lead Indian. It looks like he's rocking out with a guitar. :headbang:
Looking forward to your next post.

Awesome finds. 2 Injuns in the same hole - WOW! Nice SLQ too..I'm hoping to find my first this year.

HH,
Nat

Looks like your SLQ is a 1926 S in pretty decent condition. Worth a little more than a plain 1926.
Nice Finds!
