State Quarter Error 2007 Washington

Can anyone tell me if this quarter is worth something of value? It has an error on the seven on bottom where it says 2007, plus on the top where it shows 1889, the two eights on the bottom holes are filled but more importantly is the seven on the bottom. Take a look and tel what you see. Thanks.

The issue with the 88 looks to be die chips at the bottom of the 8. A closer pic is needed of the 7, almost looks to be doubling.
