State quarters question. ??????

My wife has been saving her state quarters for years now. She wants to compile a complete set for each of the gran-kids. P&D not important, just a representive coin from each state. My question to you guys: is there a particular state that I should watch for & keep? (other than the extra leaf Wisconsin), before dumping the non-keepers?
