Hey guys and gals,as some of you know i have been battling stage 4 pancreas cancer since Dec and have been on chemo since and recently had a catscan to see which direction this tumor is going,my dr called and told me my tumor shrunk almost 50% in 2 months and my liver leisons are also going down by 30-40%,praise god!!! far from over but the news gave me hope and the desire to go out detecting if only for a short time.i went back to one of my old stomping grounds yesterday for about a hour and came up with these 2 beauties althought some plough damage i was thrill finding them,this hobby is good for the soul and the high of finding history from the past is a feeling i canot explain,so no matter what life throws at you just keep on swinging for the fence as i am.striper fishing season is starting up here so i will split time between the 2 as the good lord will let me.

A close friend of mine was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer in late 2019. Just recently he received similar news to yours. Though I've never met you Pigeon, I am as elated for you as I am for him. Keep moving in the right direction, and keep swinging: a little time in the sunshine and fresh air is a powerful prescription in my book.

Congrats on those nice finds and praying for the best for you. My dad died from pancreatic cancer and I have had problems with pancreatitis for about 3 years. Heals up for awhile and then the pain seems to show up again. I can understand what you are going through. I have had Catscans and MRI's and the Dr said it is not cancer but needs to be watched.
