This was in a storage unit I purchased. I have found similar ones online but none as nicely carved.
I am looking to find any info such as - what material it is made of and its value, thank you!

Probably quartz or a marble. I was going to guess India before clicking on the photo. Figures like these are pretty common in gift shops everywhere. This one is nicer than some; not as nice as others.
