Kind of Looks like a mineral i have seen people find. Cant remember for the life of me whats its called but it was formed in bubbles in the rock that got squished into shapes similar as yours as it forms. Agates? Or something like that? I dunno lol

My inclination is that it's a naturally formed rock.
