A tool would show evidence of being used as a tool....likely as marks or scraping along a leading edge. I don't see any evidence of that.

Sorry, but it's just a cool rock that fits your hand.

That'd be great; as best I can tell, the ones you posted are lacking any appearance of being worked. I'm certainly no expert on the subject..

When you find a worked artifact, there very rarely is any question that it is one. The exact use of it might be unknown, but they really are unmistakable.
