Stone tools or neat rocks?

Found these two along time ago but not in the same place. If either of them is a stone tool I would like to the age and the value if any. Sorry about the pics being so large am trying to work on that but i am not a computer wizz for sure. Hard to see in the pis but they have smooth finger grooves which make them fit in the hand very nicely. Thank you for your thoughts and opinions.

Thanks for your input. Always thought the square one looked like it had an eye and I told the boys when they were young that it was an evil watcher and whenever someone did evil, it would open and watch that person..........the youngest wouldn't go in the room if he got in trouble becuase he didnt want to see the eye LOL kinda mean I know but he would tell the truth in a heartbeat if you picked up the rock. Funnier yet is, he has his own liars rock now for his two youngins. These two rocks will stay on the self in my living room until I pass them on. Pet rocks don't eat much LOL
