strange 1914 foreign coin????

I found this coin today at a old house. I do not know any thing about it any help is appreciated.

Sorry for not posting a responce I forgot i had a post and was looking at other post without loging on. I do thank every one for responding to my post and have found lots this year but nothing worth posting. I have been looking at everyones post but like i said i have not been loging on. I do not stay on very long because I have dile up enternet and it is very slow.
